The Delphi Municipal Airport is a NPIAS general aviation airport located right outside the city of Delphi and 15 miles away from Purdue University and Lafayette. Formed in the winter of 1969 by two local farmers, the airport strives to serve the surrounding communities and those just flying by.
The airport is a municipality of the City of Delphi and is governed by the Board of Aviation Commissioners. The BOAC meets ever fourth Thursday of the month.

Rick Wasson is an avid bicyclist and member of Faith Church's cycling club. He's also the small business owner of Rick's Precision Carpentry Inc., which specializes in customer hardwood furniture products. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management degree at IWU and was voted Most Outstanding Professional by his classmates. Rick retired after 32 years at Caterpillar's Large Engine facility in Lafayette, IN. He and his best friend and wife Cindy of 41 years are finishing the twilight of their years serving others. Rick and Cindy have two wonderful children whom are married to exceptional spouses, along with five creative and gifted grandchildren they adore.
After earning his BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Purdue in '66, Larry served our nation aboard the USS Enterprise for two combat deployments to Vietnam. Eventually he would become a sales engineer calling on electric utility powerplants and he continues to do this to this day. Besides working, Larry has his Commerical Pilot and Flight Instructor, single and multi-engine land, and instrument ratings. He is apart of AOPA and the EAA.
Ronda Cassens is the Chief Flight instructor for the Purdue University Professional Pilot Program. She is a graduate of Purdue University and has a PhD in Career and Technical Education. She holds an ATP multi-engine and Commercial single engine with instrument ratings, and a Flight Instructor Certificate with Instrument and Multi-engine ratings. She is the advisor for the Purdue University Flight Team, and also a member of the University Aviation Association (UAA), Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), Tippecanoe Steam and Power Association, and serves on the Carroll County Extension Board. She lives in Flora with her husband Louis and her cat Stripes.
Ed Nagle was hired as airport manager in August 2018.
